Image Line would be another candidate, maybe? Their CEO is the former CEO of NI (Constantin Koehncke).
Wouldn’t they go into competition with themselves if they bought NI, or even just Kontakt + NKS? They already own UVI.
Maybe they will split off their DJ Branch and keep Kontakt / Machine. Not sure who would be candidates for that part though.
