Your friend who keeps the beat. I suppose I'm also the chef at this place.
Any way to demo it?
I’m pretty sure you can demo all SSL plugins. I just won’t have time to do so until next week and I always value insights from the group, especially when it comes to plugins like this, where a lot of you (including you, specifically), know more to a lot more about sound engineering than I do.

To be honest Peter I think it’s just a couple of comps and EQ and a saturator. Nothing we don’t already have covered. I checked my iLok account and it looks like I trialed it in 2023 so obviously didn’t think it was worth getting then. It’s that classic “It’s cheap so I might as well get it” scenario again but I’m fighting it.
I’m playing with a demo of it now. Guitar – Guitar Strip – Amp Sim, pretty light on the cpu making some nice differences. On Amp Locker’s Xmas sim, it really makes it sound bright and clean. Don’t care much for it’s built in amp sim section, but the rest is really nice so far. Gonna play with it some more, toss it on the TH-U later. So far I’m liking it.
