This screen is in Spanish, but it is the same for all.
On the left, you should have the option to add the coupon, but I don’t know if this section is for all the users, or only for some of them that purchased other products in the past.

I’ve got DriveShaper upgrade but it looks like the code is not working. It works to “buy” the upgrade but not to have it into my account, and support keeps asking me where did I get the code from.

From email:

”Thank you for your purchase.

Unfortunately we could not add DriveShaper 2 Upgrade to your account automatically, as there is no user with the email address <my_email>, who owns the necessary products or coupon codes.”

 

From customer support:
”since the code doesn’t appear to be registered to your account anyway, could you tell me where you got it, please, so I can authorise the other one?”

 

So I’ve answered:

Hey, I realize I’m off topic, but this thread is active and I wanted to catch you guys while I can!

I spent my entire weekend on a computer working on getting email set up for the site and the website itself. I was hoping to get some feedback on all of the above. If you could let me know if any email alerts reached your inbox or junk mail folder and also let me know what you think of the new Magazines / Podcasts / YouTube hub and if you wanted to recommend any additions to it. I’m preparing for this site to open to the public before this week is over, so this stuff is all in preparation for that, so I’m eager to get your feedback before moving forward.

And I received the code from other place (Discord channel)… this is like a chain of favours… 🙂

However, in my case, after do login, I received a text info there, telling me the code I have to use that was the same I saw in Discord.

I thought that was a general message for all the users. I think now, that… it could be not this.

Thank you Peter!  Email seems to be working here.  I use Gmail and the first few went into SPAM but after I flagged them as “OK”, they are arriving in the “IN” box.  I like the “magazine” feed best of the media sections.  You hard work is appreciated.

If you see the popover with the code when you log in, then yes, you can use it, otherwise, the coupon is not intended to be used by you.

Even so, they still have one of the best plugins!
