Starting today all our virtual instruments and bundles are 30% OFF!
Just use the following discount code in your cart when checking out:Holiday2025
We’re also including a download link to a bonus gift bundle of freebie instruments and handy multiscripts in every order confirmation email.
If you downloaded last year’s holiday freebie bundle, it now includes a new instrument called “Chinese Wind Chimes.” Similar to the playable mark tree instrument we added to the bundle last year, we sampled each bar chime individually. By combining these samples with modeled physics of the chimes rebounding off each other, you can perform the actual sweeps yourself.
The holiday sale lasts until January 15th, so don’t miss out the opportunity to grab some new inspiring sounds, just in time for the start of a new year!

I’m excited to announce that our Rosewood Grand piano sample library was awarded Sample Library Review’s Best Piano / Keyboard Virtual Instrument of 2025!
With piano being my primary instrument, one of my goals for Rosewood Grand was to create a more lifelike and immersive playing experience by modeling the way the piano works and sounds.
For example, beyond sympathetic resonance, one of the really noticeable elements we included is the damper ambience that happens when pressing the sustain pedal. When the sustain pedal is down, the dampers lift off all the strings, allowing them to freely resonate as you play. This gives the piano an audibly fuller, wider, almost “washy” sound. Just like on a real piano, you can introduce this ambience while notes are already held–or lift the sustain pedal later and hear those additional resonances get muted, returning to a more focused, dry sound.
Other more subtle details include having separate hammer release samples (with logic to emulate the way double escapement works) from the usual release samples.
With all the extra samples and logic happening, we went to extra lengths to make sure everything was programmed in a way that prioritizes stability and CPU efficiency.
Rosewood Grand has multiple mic positions, multiple sample sets to choose between (tuned, slightly detuned, felt, and the classic samples from the original library), and plenty of factory presets that use the built-in effects to give you ready-to-use piano sounds.
As a reminder, you can get Rosewood Grand (or any of our other instruments and bundles) at a 30% OFF discount by using the code Holiday2025

I liked the first version of Rosewood Grand, but it wasn’t one of my top favorite grand piano sample libraries.
The second version, which is literally two new sample libraries, the regular piano samples plus a new felt piano library, tied with my longtime favorite grand piano sample library, NI Noire. And it does what Noire doesn’t. It cuts through rock mixes. I love playing both Noire and Rosewood Grand solo. Both sound gorgeous and both have regular and felt piano patches. However, Rosewood Grand cuts through rock mixes much better than Noire.
