When I visit their webpage, I see a small banner at the top saying “Our webstore is currently undergoing an update. For assistance, please contact our support team.”
I could be wrong on this, but I wouldn’t have thought a product launch to be the best time to plan upgrade works.
They are having issues, from my experience. Arturia Software Center (their installer/authorizer) still failed for me the next day so I contacted tech support. They got back advising me to delete a config file and try again. That made the installer “work” except for not showing several of my owned products (including Pigments). I was able to install Pigments by getting the installer from their web site, but I am concerned that it will quit because ASC still says I don’t own it. (It says I only have an expired demo) Still waiting to hear about Pigments from support.
