Hey all, I saw one of your forum members had linked to one of my freebie packs on here, so I thought I’d introduce myself and tell you about my introductory offer, I’m working on Synthwave as a genre at the moment, so I’ve been giving away a load of freebies, you seem to have a very nice community here.
I thought I’d share my introductory offer of Synthwave Light, it’ll be going up to £12.99 shortly, I think, but I thought I’d let you know about it before then, it comes with a great free vital skin and 120 presets. It took me a couple of years to create this pack as it covers off pretty much every sound I could find in synthwave.
You can Buy Synthwave Light – 120 Presets for Vital VST here

Anyway, hope this is all allowed. On my sight you’ll be finding loads of freebies so I’ll be posting on here about these as they arrive. There are also a lot of plugin guides and tutorials.
Hi all, I'm an indie preset producer, I run the company vectorpresets.com I'll be on here posting up links to my freebies and preset packs on occasion.
Hi and welcome to LinkedMusicians, @vector-presets. I’m the guy who made the post. I’m the one who started this community and have since had the help of a bunch of volunteers. Please read the community rules. But in short, as long as you keep it to one thread per sale and don’t spam the forum, we’re happy to have you as part of the community. I had downloaded your free synthwave pack for Vital — which sounds great, but I haven’t had a chance to use it yet (running this site has taken up a good deal of my spare time).
One thing you can do right away as per the rules, modify your sig file to make clear that you’re a developer with your company info. Of course, there’s a benefit to you for doing so. But the rule was created because as most independent Kontakt developers are well aware another forum (cough* VI Control *cough) has contractors (who work for the owner and one of his friend’s companies) who talk up the libraries they work on and make royalties on while dissing competitor products and don’t disclose the relationship / conflict of interest. So, at the request of some developers who are there, we created a policy to ensure that every developer, their employees, contractors, and influencers disclose those relationships in their signature. But again, you can look at it as promoting your business too!
Also, we have a special section of the site for always free (not on a temporary promotion) presets that you can feel free to post links to your presets in (yes, I realize that it's also great SEO (you'll find my real name in a bunch of books and articles on digital marketing; that is my expertise/career)! But as long as your making this community a better resource for people, don't spam the forum, make quality posts, and are helpful -- you'll remain appreciated here. Here's the appropriate forum to post your links to your free presets. I would recommend doing one post with all that you presently have available instead of making multiple posts.

That’s great mate, thanks a bunch, it’s difficult when you’re starting out to get any links on the web. I shall indeed change my signature. Sorry, I accidentally broke the rules here a little by accident. I double posted, I’ve got essential tremor so I sometimes hit a submit button twice in a row.
It looks like a great community. I’ll be mostly posting up freebies. I am generally polite, because well, I appreciate a place to post links to my stuff, I’m working on another freebie at the moment, I’ve got a free vital skin. I’ve also got some paid ones. I was going to do a pack of 5 vital skins for a fiver.
They take forever, but the ones I’ve come up with look really nice and glowy. I’ll post up the next freebie next week, I have one last vital skin to complete.
Lovely speaking with you.

It’s all good! I’m really looking forward to playing around with your presets. For anyone who hasn’t checked out his work, start with his free presets for Vital (since I just brought it up, you can feel free to link to it in a reply). The audio demos sound superb. Chris, I’m a huge fan of talented indie devs and have been for decades (I used to offer my favorite devs free short consultations more than a decade ago, but I ran out of time to keep doing it; but I think this community is a good place for talented, honest, non-spammy developers) — and you’re clearly talented and not spamming! So you’re appreciated!
In turn, if you can spread the word, we’re always looking to bring in more quality people! This site is my passion project, to create a non-toxic, super friendly, community where musicians and producers can share honest opinions with the developers and retailers they buy from without concerns for censorship due to a site owner’s financial motivations, hostile fellow community members (we have zero tolerance for people attacking other members) and site owners that prioritize developers over musicians/producers. Don’t get it wrong, I love indie developers and have advised more than three dozen of them, but this community puts musicians/producers first, not developers or site revenue. Finally, as we grow, the vision is to be focused on encouragement of our members in their musical endevours and providing great free resources. The deals forum is just a super popular part of this community — and a lot of us originally met at Cakewalk Forums in their Deals subforum. So, we’re pretty hardcore deal addicts.
