The upgrade from UAD Signature v1 to v3 for $99 felt like a banging deal (and is).  That said, when I look at how much I spent previously to get there, it was certainly more than the present $349 sale price of Signature v3 for new users.  The upside is that I wouldn’t have paid out that much cash on UAD in one go, so it works for me.

I have contemplated jumping on that upgrade too, but haven’t yet. One thing for sure, I love UAD plugins (I only picked up Signature V2 a couple of months ago). But they’ve trained me so that I have to feel a deal is too good to pass up. Still, only a few years ago, I used to think UAD plugins would never be in my budget.
