If you buy any Beatmaker 3 title, it will upgrade all your currently owned Beatmaker 3 titles. I purchased Chromed for $29 (actually less because I had some PB cash and a token). All my Beatmaker titles are now available in version 3.

I was having issue as well. I reset my password and all is well.

I remember when Hybrid 3, Vacuum Pro and others were a buckaroony when PB had their dollar deals.
