Besides new interface, supposedly the new things are:

– 46 new instruments
– 2000+ new loops & phrases
– 1900+ new hand-crafted presets

But haven’t found a further breakdown on what’s new.

I have to say, I really don’t like when companies start to meddle with their activation methods/servers in a manner in which they take options away from the consumer.
