I added an edit to my post.  They let me know 15 minutes after my email that it was fixed, and it is.  I got the impression from a VI post from Best Service that they are working on getting all their data to sync in the next few days.  Until then it looks like they have to manually sync per account.

My purchases after December 2022 are missing from “My Products” but everything is in “My Orders”.  Importantly, the serials (including recent) are viewable by clicking the folder icon in “My Orders”. My “BestCoin” balance looks about right from what I recall.  I sent them a note, but I am not concerned.

I got this two years ago from Loot Audio when it was under $10.  Sounds very nice.  I checked and not currently on sale at Loot.

I’ll second @Peter‘s Resophonic suggestion, but I suspect offering slide play might be tough, or “limited”.  I still think it would be worthwhile to sample a round-neck reso played “guitar style” fingers on the fretboard.  The tone is pretty cool (I have one).

I am so not a lawyer, but it is under their liability section.  I interpret the meaning to be that you can’t hold them liable for your using their software.  If you create a tune using it and pay xyz to distribute it (first mistake), you can’t sue them to recover your expenditure to xyz.

This may belong under “free” but I wasn’t sure.  An email isn’t much of an ask.  I try not to lose perspective that a lot of free stuff is really a data trade.  Especially Google, in my case, but they have my number(s)

I let one of the dev’s YT vids run until I was unimpressed with what output was generated from his one hour of training audio, which was reading a book.  Also of note- he said training takes 3-5 days per model.

I felt like “business was ramping up” lately.  It’s nice to see it quantified.

Installed the 30 day demo.  My 20th vst with “verb” in the name (5 of those are Melda).  I didn’t have Smart Reverb 1.  I am curious what LMers think of this.  I watched a sponsored YT and I like the idea of jumping around instances/tracks in the same UI  and the “forward / back” placement approach over the usual verb-nerd adjustments.
