Where did you hear that SampleTron and Syntronik were discontinued?

They still have pages on IK Multimedia’s site, but they seem to only be available as part of the SampleTank 4 MAX bundle.

Do you mean “discontinued as standalone products?” They seem to still be around, although maybe only as part of bundles such as the one currently on deep discount.

Big caveat: you end up with UA Connect after it’s installed, a program/service that runs on system startup.

I uninstalled UA Connect and the plug-in still works, but during a full plug-in rescan, it kicked off a reinstall of UA Connect, which proceeded without approval from me. I’ve read of someone else this happened to as well.
