You know this developer has to be not on nearly anyone’s radar from their blatant intellectual property rights infringement on the Rhodes trademark. That is one trademark in this industry that is vigorously (and wisely) defended. If this library was well known, the developer would quickly be sent a cease and desist letter. You can’t use another company’s registered trademark in your name without a licensing agreement. And Rhodes trademark owner certainly isn’t doing those with sample and plugin developers, they’re making their own sample libraries and effects plugins. I can’t say that I have much trust in developers with no regard for other companies’ intellectual property rights. That’s a red flag.
