Out of interest, is there anything you don’t like about Cubase? If so, do you mostly work with MIDI, or Audio?

I love Cubase’s features, but have grown increasingly frustrated over the last few years as the bugs have piled-up and my workflow has turned into a long series of maddening workarounds.

If I thought SB was comitted to fixing these bugs, I’d stick around.  But given that *every* single version introduces new bugs (even the minor 0.01 updates), it’s now clear that even if they wanted to fix all the existing bugs, it may no longer be possible.

Bottom line, I think SB has lost control of Cubase.

BTW, I work almost exclusively with MIDI and VIs.  I haven’t recorded anything in a few years.
