Just finished listening to the Paul Thomson and Christian Henson YouTube videos about the Abbey Road Two: Iconic Strigs library. Then I watched Blair Borland who had many critical points but actually his video convinced me that this would be a good string ensemble library for me.

One of my first VST purchases was Miroslav Philharmonik 2. I’ve used it mostly for solo string or horn parts. Since I’ve added the free symphonic libraries like Spitfire BBC Symphony Orchestra.

Agree that the Beatles string sound is what would work best for the rock songs I play.

Thinking about this one, it would be one of the more expensive VST purchases I’ve made.
