It also brings back memories of working with that drum machine that make me feel a million years old!

The most popular band I played in during the late 80s / early 90s, had an Emulator SP-1200 (I didn’t own the drum machine, just the electronic drums and acoustic drum triggers that would trigger it) that I would trigger from my Roland electronic drum kit pieces and from triggers on my acoustic drums. We used to call it “Emmie” like it was another band member. It tells you something when everything you used to play as a working musician is now referred to as vintage or relics!
