@bapu After I checked everything on my end and everything looked right. I did a test — three times — and found it didn’t send anything. So it appears the email service provider was the source of the problem. I contacted the email service provider. They told me that it appeared I needed to change a setting, which I had set up correctly. Just as I finished reading their email, I saw that my test email arrived in my inbox. Clearly, they must have fixed the issue after they responded to my support ticket. Consequently, things appear to be fixed, but could you please confirm that things are working for now you?

If anyone else sees this and has had problems receiving emails, please feel free to shoot me a DM and we’ll get it sorted. The email alerts on this site are a very important part of keeping everyone updated, and I want to make sure that everyone gets what they set up. The email service costs are the second most costly part of running the site (after hosting), so I expect the emails our members set up to reach everyone’s inbox.
