Zildjian? Wait, was there a time you played drums? I had a Sabian and Tama t-shirts in my playing days. If they still exist in some box in my house, I strongly suspect they would not fit. I was a small to a medium back in the day. Not so much, these days. I did come across a cymbal necklace recently — I used to wear it all the time back in the day (yes, a necklace with a cymbal). I’m pretty sure that still fits.
Your friend who keeps the beat.
When I was 12 years old I really wanted to play drums, but guitars were much cheaper (my folks gave me a Tiesco Del Rey for Christmas- $29 at Gibson’s Discount Store). My Dad helped me build a Heathkit amp for it Once I started playing in bands I got to play drums when we would swap instruments (also played in percussion section in HS and college). I finally bought a small Yamaha electronic drum kit about 25 years ago (rubber pads) and had enough fun with it that I upgraded to an Alesis DM-10 kit with “real” heads that I later replaced with mesh. Supposedly mesh is quieter and easier on your hands. Maybe a little quieter, but the best thing I did for my arthritic hands was to use thick leather wraps on the sticks and wear gloves. LOL The gloves and t-shirt are the only Zildjian things I own (maybe some sticks). 😛
