Does this stuff ever go on sale (specifically upgrades)?

I just picked up V Collection X on knobcloud for $200USD off knobcloud.

I can be patient if they have sales on the upgrade eventually.

I don’t own V Collection (don’t get me wrong, I would love to, I’m just way over my budget), but I regularly get pitched upgrade offers and see them get discounted around various holidays and Black Friday. Consequently, my advice — just like with NI and Komplete (they commonly run their big 50% off updates during the summer — if you have patience,, if you wait, you’ll see a good deal. Around Black Friday, I think they often discount around 50% from regular upgrade pricing.

Yeah, after registering the 2nd hand version of V Collection X, I have the $199 offer. I’ll wait until end of year for maybe a $99 upgrade offer and putz around with version X for now.
