ReSing MAX is not part of this promotion – it is too new, so it would not be priced at 99.99 nor available for 29.99 as an add-on MAX.

ReSing MAX does have an upgrade for 99.99.  Note that ReSing MAX and its upgrade are priced $100 less than any other MAX to begin with (normally MAX versions MSRP is 299.99 and 199.99 for an upgrade).

    I’m neither late nor short, considering I’m posting as the company that released the product.  A dealer posted early with a description that was for TS4 MAX.  We emailed and alerted folks when we opened up the product on our site, including the special Total Studio 4 MAX upgrade $/€100 off.  You may want to talk to that dealer about the mixup or if they could do something for you but Total Studio 5 MAX didn’t exist officially yesterday.  Of course I’ll also alert our rep who manages that account because this unfortunate and luckily rare occurrence is frustrating over here too.

    Sorry to hear you had that trouble and I sincerely appreciate the anticipation and quick purchase.  On my end, you have all the software so I don’t think there’s anything I can offer in that way but if you send me your IK username (if it isn’t Bapu in our system too) I could take a look.

    I represent IK Multimedia so I will post official things. I also may just post random things as a real human being because I also represent one of those. I will try to be clear when I'm just speaking as Peter, instead of "Peter from IK".

    I make no promises to be 100% accurate in doing so, though. 🙂
