Does this mean you can’t sell any music you make that feature any of their instruments? (Thought for me, this question is purely hypothetical.)

Good catch. That is certainly what that seens to read. I wonder if that is a cut and paste of terms and conditions they copied from somewhere else. I wouldn’t expect that they would limit this so it could not be used for commercial purposes. If you’re interested in buying this, you should definitely send them a message to ask the question.
