The bundle at JRR Shop stopped accepting the coupon code, but has been reset and accepts the code FORUM to reduce the final price to $141.51, which represents a savings of $1.51 from Audio Deluxe’s sale price after using the coupon code BFCM10. However, as I mentioned earlier, the purchase earns the equivalent of $4.77 in Deluxe Bucks towards your next purchase PLUS you get your choice of a free plugin. As JRR Shop does not have a loyalty program or freebies with purchase, this clearly makes Audio Deluxe the better deal in both terms of cash and the free plugin. If you look at your purchases over the year — depending on the size of your spending — the loyalty cash adds up and if you have $5, $10, or $30 in loyalty cash (Deluxe Bucks), you can further reduce the price.

Now, the prices in this example are very consistent with what I’ve observed between the two retailers over the past year. Again, if you factor in the loyalty program (Deluxe Bucks) you will easily save more money over the course of a year with Audio Deluxe. I think those two retailers are too close in price 90% of the time for me to spend money having both of them in the shopping comparison engine.

I’ve also excluded Plugin Fox, as they haven’t had the best prices or a loyalty program over the year plus I’ve been monitoring them. I haven’t even found them having exclusives like Plugin Boutique and Best Service regularly have. Again though, we have the forum, where when anyone of us find a store that normally doesn’t have the lowest price has the lowest price, it can easily be shared in a thread in this forum.
