Thank you, Tom, your words are much appreciated.  I handle all of the elements in the recording – and bass guitar isn’t my first instrument, so I go for feel more than anything.  With some songs on the album (e.g. Fireflies), I’ve gone for a synth bass, which may well scratch the itch.

I’m a huge Church fan, so it’s lovely to see that reference.  Same for the Bunneys.

There’s definitely elements of both The Cure and JD on my album ‘Night Call’, so definitely check out tracks such as ‘(We’re Lost) Forever More’ and ‘Into The Forest’, I reckon that they’ll be right up your street, Tom.
