They recently updated Jaeger with new content.

My price for Jaeger is $142.19, but the My Libraries page shows only one product (I own 7, including 3 lite editions), so I wonder if the price is accurate.

Shoot ’em up with an email. Had a similar case one time where the item I had wasn’t registered on their site since it was bought from NI. Got the crossgrade pricing in a custom order (or voucher, can’t remember). The bought from NI thing wasn’t added to AI account though, so I guess I might have to send them an email myself if I want to crossgrade to something different this time.

I don’t have as many AI libraries (Nucleus, Solo, & 3 Lites plus an April Fool freebie), but I am getting the same price, which appears to jibe with their explanation of how their BF pricing works.  The $142.19 for Jaeger is a bit over 75% off, which is their “up to” number.  I am trying not to look too closely at this deal because one of the rationalizations I made for getting Musio Lifetime was “I will never need another symphonic library”.  And that is true.  I don’t NEED anything else. Jaeger was in the running when I bought Nucleus…  Updated, you say… Uhg.

It’s just sound design stuff, no new string articulations or anything:

This update introduces 9 new sound design instruments, including: Uniquely sampled larger than life epic drum kits with tight, room and hall mixes. Signature sounds, textures, pads and drones with the 5x new instruments: ‘Bends, Dark Pads, Signature Sounds, Aggressive Shorts & Soft Shorts’ Otherworldly Throat Singing playable drones and pads.

$142 is slightly above my pain threshold. I hear the Merethe Soltvedt vocals are pretty nice, and Jaeger would also give me some instruments and articulations their other libraries don’t have. But… Nucleus, Talos and Aeria cover majority of the strings and brass in Jaeger, and I have plenty of percussion instruments from other libraries.

If it was $99, I’d be already downloading it.

Yeah- I did a bit more research and decided to pass on it.  I also nixed Spitfire “Ton” because I really have those bases covered.  I think both are great deals though.
