Vocal Tools Poetic
Inspired by the gothic and the mysterious, this library features a soprano soloist performing a custom-penned poem. Instead of static samples, you get sung words like “In my darkness” and “Hear the goddess” that use an enhanced legato system. It moves with your MIDI, allowing the phrases to transition naturally as you change notes.

Vocal Tools Spoken
Built on the performance of a teenage mezzo-soprano, this library captures a specific, youthful purity. I have some pretty funny stories about how Francis AKA Frank, the owner of Bela D, came to know and like one another. I haven’t chatted with him in a few years, but he’s an interesting guy. He’s a huge animal lover (I am too) and especially loves, loves, loves (and raises) horses. That said, I’ve never purchased/used any Bela D libraries because it doesn’t fit the music I do.
