That is weird. I have X7 too (Humblebundle) and X5 (Fanatical). The email is titled “SURVEY: We want your feedback!” from “SAMPLITUDE <news@letter.magix.com>” if that helps.

Thank you! I have several magix accounts and I have a rule that sends most of their emails to a folder (except my primary account)

For whatever reason they only sent it to some of the accounts but not the primary one. With the info you posted I was able to find a few survey links

Now I’m getting a “This Survey has been deactivated by the owner.” The emails are less than a week old but I suppose they had a limited amount of vouchers. Anyway, that’s a “I snooze, I lose. My consolation is that I already have too many Soundpools (500+, lots of them from promotions, but also quite a few I have paid for). I’ll keep an eye out now on various forums and resale sites to see if someone will sell their vouchers for a good price (e.g., under $5)
