possibly making it less expensive to upgrade from Omnisphere 1 or 2 vs the older Atmosphere. IIRC Omnisphere 1 had all of Atmosphere built in?

and wow, Omnisphere 2 is already 10 years old; time flies…

At least with Spectrasonics, it’s likely that the upgrade price isn’t time limited, so no hurry to upgrade. (just guessing based on their previous – no sales)

Maybe this is the year I finally release something 🙂

Given their track record not to give any sales – buying it on release day vs 3 years later will be the same price.

More reason to buy it on release date and enjoy it right away!
