KV331 Update SynthMaster 3

KV331 have updated SynthMaster 3, currently available for $149.00. Various upgrade paths are also available. The iPadOS / iOS version is in development.

What’s new in version 3.0.4:
The additions:
When user moves mouse over a synth module tab, tooltip now displays the name and type of module
SynthMaster 3 presets can now be loaded into layers
Added single wav/aif file drag-n-drop support for wavetable display
Added preset file drag-n-drop support for preset dropdown control
Modulation source names can now be edited by double clicking on the modulation source name
When changing discrete values with mouse wheel, the values are now clipped instead of wrapped around when they reach min/max values
SynthMaster 3 now reads the “natural” trackpad scroll setting on MacOS
Added new “Show” icon/menu for modules tab control
Added horizontal mouse scroll wheel support for sample regions view
Added “chromatic” and “same key” import types for the sample regions view to import samples without root key/velocity information
There are also critical bug fixes in this update:
When sampling rate changes, granular osc might crash
Loading SynthMaster 2 presets into new layers doesn’t work and ends up with a warning message
Left/Right arrows don’t work correctly for Sample view control
SynthMaster One factory presets are listed twice if user installs SynthMaster One after SynthMaster 3
Delay effect’s left/right delay length parameters are not modulateable
Switching from bipolar to unipolar waveshaper curve doesn’t work correctly and might crash SynthMaster 3
Closing the wavetable editor window when the number of frames textbox has focus might crash SynthMaster 3
SFZ files might not load correctly when the sfz definition contains comments
SynthMaster 3 should read loop points from wav/aif/flac files when the sfz definition has regions with looping enabled but their loop points are missing in the sfz definition
SynthMaster 3 doesn’t read end of FLAC files correctly
SynthMaster 3 crashes when reading a WAV file with metadata text longer than 256 characters
SynthMaster 3 might crash when reading file extensions of files with no extensions
SynthMaster 3 might crash when SFZ definition contains embedded sample data
SynthMaster 3 VST3 doesn’t display the name of the loaded preset correctly after reopening editor window
