I own this library and can recommend it, with some caveats, it sounds great and nails John Bonham’s Levee drum sound. The only thing I don’t love is the mapping. The developer put the ride and crash on the same key so that when you hit the ride hard it’s a cash, like a crash ride cymbal. I really don’t enjoy playing that way and I’ve tried to persuade the developer, who is a really nice guy, to revise the mapping, but haven’t been successful. Still, there’s something magical that happens when I play this and 9 bucks is a steal for how much I love it.

Available for the full version of Kontakt 5.8.1 or higher, Truck Drums is on sale for $9 USD instead of $32 USD until September 20th, 2024.
