Pianoteq is one of those endgame plugins. So it’s up to different life strategies: buy it as your first piano VST and you’ll hardly need another one, you’ll just keep getting add-ons for it. Or take something cheaper as a starter, learn and try, buy, buy more and more Kontakt libs, and eventually take the Pianoteq because it’s an OG… meaning that ultimately you’ll spend more on these cheap options, and still will be tempted to get Pianoteq.
