New Library New Company (Owned by Dan Keen): Poet’s Piano £79 reg. £99

NOTE: I first became aware of Dan Keen from his excellent free Kontakt sample libraries at Pianobook. I think he’s extremely talented and I just love his work. He’s just started a new sample library development business and released his first sample library, a piano sample library.

Poet’s contains dozens of unique mic flavours, with 31 recorded signals in total. These have been distilled to a handful of useful sub-mixes which allow intuitive and powerful flexibility.

The piano features up to 6 dynamic layers and up to 6 round robins, recorded in both pedal up and pedal down positions, resulting in boundlessly refreshing playback.

Poet’s features a sub layer for enhanced low-end, and a live-tracked Eventide H910 Harmoniser to provide the ultimate drifting reverb accompaniment.
