This Cinematic library by Deigineor needs to be taken into account.

Completely FREE and with a size around 2.5 Gb is in my opinion a very great library.

Sounds cool! I hope Pianobook starts thriving again. I discovered a bunch of amazing and generous sample developers there.

It was a great diversion during the pandemic — and, as I think we all remember, there wasn’t a lot that was good about the pandemic. Pianobook was one of the good things from that time period.

I had to edit out my post as I started going on about the pandemic and losing one of my best friends of my life to COVID, and the keyboardist in my original band. I only ever showed my original songs to my immediate family and a handful of musicians I played with, and when I showed them to him (Dave), he loved them and wanted to do a band together to perform them. If Dave were alive, I’d like to think that he’d be a regular part of this community. Same with my sisters. In spirit, they are. It was the pandemic and bad health news that inspired me to attempt to record those songs I wrote long ago, leading to this community. Hopefully, we can inspire others to keep making music too.

Me and my friend and keyboardist, Dave (Dave’s on the right hand side, I’m the third guy from the left (clearly, a lot shorter than my friends and sporting a mullet — this was the mid 90s when we were working on the original band), the other two guys are other friends of mine, the first guy, Ed, plays guitar and I should ask him to join LM — in fact, I think I’ll talk to him about it this week).
