The Founder’s Locker – Dark Veil – originated with recordings of bowed instruments from the North Caucasus, revealing a dark, textural beauty. Then, the experimentation began – running the sounds through pedals, amps, effect chains and more, reshaping the raw performances into something entirely new.

 

The result is a textural instrument for Soundbox that makes sublimely playable cinematic drones and immersive atmospheres. Every sound is rich with movement and character.

 

Dark Veil requires Audiomodern Soundbox v1.1.1 or later. It costs just £9 (+vat) and, in keeping with the ethos of The Founder’s Locker series, will never be discounted. More titles will be added to The Founder’s Locker soon for Soundbox and other popular platforms.
