It would be good to give more details as to what this actually is. It is not a sampler but in fact a midi player. This link gives more details: https://github.com/datajake1999/Timidity_VSTi

This would be a clever signature if I could think of one.

What was the source of your post? Linking to a zip file with no explaination or background is not recommended and could be dangerous.
