I really love seeing developers coming out with more affordable libraries, like the Tracktion folks are doing. I think the price of high-end sample libraries is too expensive and needs to come down. I appreciate developers leading the way forward in that regard and expect we’ll see many more doing it this year. And yes, I have advised developers to lead the way, not wait on this trend — that way they can grab more market share and musicians benefit too.
