I swear this is a true story. The last time these guys had a sale this cheap, their anniversary sale with plugins for 5 bucks was maybe a year ago at Cakewalk Forums. And you talked me out of spending my money!  I listened to your advice.  Seriously.  It worked. But now, you posted the deal, which is like giving me permission,  so I might even buy three 5 dollar sale plugins! (FTR, I’ve been doing an excellent job not spending money on plugins and sample libraries this year…well, if you don’t count what I spent on this website!).

So seriously,  thanks for posting this deal and maybe I’m the only one amused by the story, but I do find it amusing and I am probably going to buy one or two plugins.

Hahaha. You still don’t need ’em Peter :). But yeah, why not :). I just bought DIFIX for a fiver even though the only thing it seems to do is make my guitar and bass slightly louder. 🙂

Surprised a couple of these $5 ones are things I don’t actually have.  (Had the DIFIX – it is sort of a subtle compressor, eq, and saturator to my ears) – I don’t need it any more after getting AXE I/O – which has a decent input.  I used it previously when I didn’t have my Radial JDI MK DI into an interface that really wasn’t designed for Guitar/Bass input in the same way AXE I/O is.

Nope. The rules are stickied at the top of the forum and linked on the navigation bar. Community members are not permitted to post referral codes or affiliate links, same rules as most forums. The only affiliate links used here are occasionally used by me to help fund the site as I’m currently paying 100% of the costs and that will probably be the case for the first few years until there’s enough volume here for advertising to produce enough money to pay the bills.
