All products:

• Added External Sidechain controls to the Extended Features Input Panel (for all plug-ins supporting Extended Features and External Sidechain). The update contains:

• External Sidechain Monitor

• External Sidechain Gain

• External Sidechain Filters

• External Sidechain Input Meters

• Added a new and more robust implementation for detecting a preset as changed. Presets will now be marked as changed by stylizing the preset name with italics (and not by adding an asterisk *).

• Added stereo support for External Sidechain in VST3. The preserve backwards compatibility VST3 plug-ins will still default to mono External Sidechain, but it is configurable in the Settings menu.

• Added VST2-to-VST3 project conversion support in Cubase (when running on Mac ARM64-based machines).

• Fixed an issue where Extended Features Peak meter number was cut off graphically when displaying -0.0 dB.

Flow Mastering Suite:

• Added reference curve through External Sidechain input, see the Flow Mastering Suite user manual for more information.

• Added the possibility to route External Sidechain to the included plug-ins.

• It is now possible to “dim” the included plug-ins in Focus Mode. This will make them transparent to allow the user to see the visualisation in the background while adjusting the plug-in.

• Fixed an issue causing the target markers to be wrong at startup in the Loudness visualisation.

• Fixed an issue causing the peak meters in the Loudness visualisation to jump to zero during playback.

• Fixed an issue causing projects to be recalled improperly if the project was saved with a parameter change in an included plug-in which overrode a Flow Control setting.

• Fixed a graphical issue where the background studio image was not properly faded out when loading was finished.
