UVI Sale Ends Today (Dec 3) and Sonic Bundle Question

I did a search and didn’t see an original post for this deal, or I would have posted under it.  UVI is offering upgrade prices to the “Sonic Bundle” and I have a couple questions for those that bought in to this a year back or so when it was offered at a discount.

Hint- If you are going to buy it, and your price is over $200, add a title on sale for $19 and the 10% off BOTH items should give you a cheaper price than the upgrade alone.

Q1:  I know new title releases are given a special “Sonic Bundle” price.  Do you know if that is good for a limited time (like the regular new release prices)?

Q2:  If you pass on buying a new release, does that drop you as a “Sonic Bundle” owner and bump future release prices to the level of the “unwashed masses”?

Thanks @Fleer.  I kind figured that is how they would handle it.  I decided to go ahead with the bundle this time after I counted up what I had and didn’t have.  With Ujam I just sat out the year (except for a Beat title to get version 3 early in the year) and got caught up for $66 (JRR Shop), which I thought was a good deal.  These companies are very crafty at building revenue stream without it being a subscription.  Very similar to most of the DAWs.  I know they are getting MY money.  I am curious what their ledgers are showing.
