Could one of you more knowledgeable mixing folks explain the differences between the SSL and Harrison plugins that do similar things?
They’re emulations of their respective brands mixing boards and physical gear, but what are the fundamental qualities / characteristics of the sound from each of the two brands of gear?

Okay, this came out in December, but I just saw a Facebook post for it and realized that we didn’t have a post specifically about it beyond one with someone mentioning its appearance in a test I did of the Sound on Sound RSS feed (now in the Magazines & Podcasts section) that I’m guessing not many people noticed.
