Seems to be already up at Plugin Boutique. Though getting Bitwig 8 Track for free is not much of an incentive to buy the upgrade from them:

I got an announcement email but no code. Standard owner. At least they aren’t tempting me to go up tiers.

An approppriate song for this occassion. “I Have the Touch.”
My fellow Peter Gabriel fans would get this one without me giving it away, but for everyone else, give it a listen and you just might be amused at the chorus. I’ll take a liberty with the spelling:
“Wanting Kontakt. I’m wanting Kontakt. I’m wanting Kontakt — with you…. I need…Read More

peter replied to the topic New LM Blog Post: Research & Trends for the DAW, Plugin & Sample Market in the forum Virtual & Physical Music Gear Deals
I have a draft of my next post, which is about the DAW market, including the market shares of the major DAW players and the great generational divide between older generations (Boomers and Gen X) and younger generations (Millennials and Gen Z) when it comes to perpetual licenses vs. software subscriptions.
I think it will provide more insights –…Read More

I have thought about Piano Colours. I think Galaxy Instruments are super talented. I’d pick Noire as my favorite grand piano library, with the update of Rosewood Grand coming in next. I usually avoid loops, even with my tendinitis, severely limiting my playing and 20+ years without practice because of tendintis, I still want what I record to my…Read More

Best Service has the SDXs for less. It’s $48 US at Toontrack and $47.11 at Best Service. But the Best Service press gets lower when you factor in that you can use the loyalty cash you earn on the purchase on that purchase (Instant Best Coin) + you can use any Best Coin you have in your account. In my case, I think I have around $10 in my account…Read More

I think you know @pseudopop that SD3 is my go-to for acoustic drum samples. But Toontrack rarely has the SDXs that interest me on deep discounts like this. Rock Warehouse SDX is one that I have been interested in. I don’t recall my take on the two Roots SDXs — I need to check those out. I already own Custom & Vintage, which I find kind of meh…Read More
