While I am maintaining two lists of free sample libraries that are linked to on the main site menu to the left of this post, I’m going to be creating threads of what I believe are the absolute best free sample libraries and VST instruments by instrument category. I call them “Peter’s Picks.” I’ve just posted the first one, focused on all types of pianos. I plan on updating it regularly and I welcome you to share your favorite free piano sample libraries or post your own list of favorites, you can even feel free to call it [your name’s] Picks if you like.
