Hope your tendinitis is improving, Peter.
Another option may be a graphics tablet? These are good for drawing but not sure how viable they would be as a mouse replacement. I guess you could buy one along with a vertical mouse, see what works and return what doesn’t. You should get a decent returns policy (at the moment you might be also get a longer return date, usually end January).
Yeah, I’m definitely going to give it a try. But I’ve had this for 25 years now, so it’s nothing surprising, I just spent too much time on the computer. Unfortunately, that’s how I got this problem in the first place. It’s really about rest at this point. I simply should have not been using the computer that much and the overuse caused problems that will probably still be here the rest of the week. But it’s definitely better. Still, just trying this on my phone it’s like I get electric shocks with each letter I press. That’s the reality of my tendinitis and why I stopped playing for 20+ years. If I try to play my acoustic drums, I’m in really bad pain after even 30 seconds. I can go longer on electronic drums and longer than that playing drums with my fingers on pads or the keys but even then, if something is say 120 BPM, even on the keys, after 12 bars,, I’m in pain. A lot of the songs I’ve shared I was in pain playing them at various points. But I still had the drive to finish. It feels like I’ve conquered something to complete a song these days. Although, it’s murder on my timing.
Okay, that’s my TMI post of the day!
Your friend who keeps the beat. I suppose I'm also the chef at this place.
