Like every other pop song, it’s really simple, of course. But, the chords with the melody that Brian Wilson came up with are pure magic.

As much as I’ve loved that song since I was a kid, I’ve never played it until this evening (for sentimental reasons, of course). I’d strongly recommend it. It’s really satisfying to play on the piano and sing along with. You’ll have an increased appreciation for the song after that.
