@Kirean If someone told you this stuff and you didn’t know it first hand, it would be hard to believe. And still BandLab refuses to fix the more than a dozen times they had data breaches and exposed my real name on their site. Mark them down as incredibly unprofessional.

I’m not well-versed in nor really who who is who behind the scenes, but I guess the ban hammer might have come from upstairs. Yet all my years ‘online’ and going through forums/message boards in all kinds of fields, I really haven’t seen a platform ban all mentions to competitors (DAWs in this case) like that. The mods over at the old place have been cleaning up posts with mentions/links to this board. I believe if you write the URL or the name normally, one’s post will be automatically withheld for mod action (= deletion). It’s quite the paranoid android over there.
