LinkedMusicians started the topic 8DIO 200-Piece Lacrimosa Choir. $29., PRO $39, Ultra $49 in the forum Virtual & Physical Music Gear Deals
It’s amazing how low 8Dio is selling this for. I know that I paid a lot more for this and thought it was a great deal and it was. This is ridiculously low. If you’re doing cinematic work, this is absolutely worth a serious look.
Introducing Lacrimosa Pro, the Lacrimosa you know and love, now with Mix, Decca, Wide, Far, Spot 1, and Spot 2…

LinkedMusicians replied to the topic 📢 LinkedMusicians 1st Anniversary FREE Giveaway Thread! $378 Worth of Prizes! in the forum Virtual & Physical Music Gear Deals
I’ll be candid: the turnout so far is lower than these developers deserve. These are two beloved developers who make great products. I’m making a call to extend the current contest deadline by 5 days. We’re moving the cutoff from May 8th to Wednesday, May 13th.
I realize that announcing the transition to a subreddit during the giveaway was a dis…Read More

Absolutely, you’re right. The same rules apply to the subreddit that apply to this site.

MagicRuss replied to the topic Komplete 26 drops in the forum Virtual & Physical Music Gear Deals
Putting the full version of MX into their intro package might not have been the best idea.
They don’t typically backtrack, though. For example they have removed various products from the Komplete Standard lineup and haven’t removed them from anyone’s machines.

Hi everyone – where do you get your free midi files from – I mean legal ones obviously! I’m particularly interested in folk and classical music which is mostly out of copyright. I’ve used various sites a long time ago but want to ensure I am using a legitimate site to download from

LinkedMusicians started the topic Transparency, Integrity, and One of the Big "Whys" Behind LinkedMusicians in the forum LM Announcements / Site Discussion
I’ve spent the last week reflecting on the direction of this site and my role in it. One of the core values I’ve pushed for here is transparency. I believe that in an industry often clouded by opaque interests and deceptive marketing, knowing exactly who is behind the curtain matters.
However, transparency comes with a cost.
Recently, I cho…Read More

Guitar tab sites claim to be legal- I honestly don’t know if that’s true, so I won’t post links, but it is pretty easy to convert them (Tab files) to MIDI. As litigious as the industry is, I would be surprised if they were able to run their sites for so long if they were shady. They have loads of oldies and current stuff. Bearing in mind that…Read More
